This beautiful little boy has been named Joseph by the staff at the local hospital.
Meet our newest arrival. This beautiful little boy has been named Joseph by the staff at the local hospital, where he was taken after being found abandoned and in need of medical care. Joseph arrived with a member of the social welfare team and the Sister from the hospital ward that has been caring for him for the last 11 days.
Before saying goodbye, the nurse kissed Joseph and held his little face in her hands, telling him he would be greatly missed on the ward, before handing him over to Matron Eniffer. Joseph has been affectionately welcomed by our caregivers and has settled in well to life at Open Arms. Hopefully, in time his family will be traced, but until then, he’ll receive all the love, care and attention he needs.
