About Richmond House
Richmond House is a home to 6 children from Open Arms who all came to Open Arms as infants because they were orphaned. Their Foster Mother is Grace Kanguwa, who lives there together with her husband, who works as a security guard at a hotel, and two children.
The children attend St Coluba School, which is a private school not far away. State schools in Malawi can have 100 children in a class and poor resources. Open Arms wants the children to have a good education so they can also have good future prospects.
