The children from Annie’s house have started at Nursery school, whilst they adjust to a school environment (in Harrogate House their school was within the home). We are hoping that the older ones will do well so they can join reception in this school year.
Each day the kids arrive for at school on the school mini bus and are greeted by their teacher. As they arrive at class they all put their bags on the shelf and sit at the desks. Each day they sing a song to start the school day.
They then introduced themselves to the teacher, responding in English to ‘What is your name? How old are you? Where do you go to school?’
The classroom is well decorated by the kids as they take pride in displaying their artwork!
