Catherine, one of our Open Arms volunteers, has kicked off our annual campaign by baking some heart-shaped Malawian Mbatata (sweet potato) cookies that she'll be sharing with her friends and family by dropping them off safely at their front doors, or even sending them in the post! So get baking, and share them with your family and friends. Follow the simple and tasty recipe below!
