Once a child has moved into the third phase of care offered by Open Arms, one of the foster homes, they will begin going to school and making new friends in the community.
Its the end of term for the children in Richmond and Tsekwe houses and last week was their school End of Year Awards night, celebrating the achievements of the last year at Ntonya School.
All of the children have done really well this year and we are very proud of their achievements. We were delighted that Ephraim received a special award for “Outstanding in Academics!”
It was a great evening and everyone (especially Ephraim!) enjoyed themselves.
