Join our board of trustees

As a small but high impact charity, our mission is to ensure that children in Malawi survive and thrive within loving family environments. 

Our UK team is very small and supported by a dedicated group of volunteers and trustees. The work we raise funds for is led by our highly skilled local partner Open Arms Infant Homes. This structure keeps decision making with the experts on the ground and close to the communities we serve.

For our UK board, we are seeking trustees with experience in fundraising, business partnerships, or marketing and communications and we would welcome expressions of interest from those who are excited by both governance, leadership and hands on contribution. 

You’ll join a committed, collaborative board that works closely with the team in the UK and our colleagues in Malawi to support strong governance, financial sustainability, and meaningful impact for children and families. If you believe in community driven change, have the skills to help amplify our mission, and want to make a real difference in a small organisation, we would love to hear from you.
