Even during a pandemic, our supporters never fail to amaze us with their generosity and, indeed, creativity. Simon Pimm and Marc Stewardson are two such fundraisers who have set themselves a fantastic, challenging adventure - to walk from Victoria Falls in Zambia to Lake Malawi in Malawi while raising much needed funds for some fantastic causes.
We're building on the fabulous work that we have done with supporters across Scotland to benefit as many children in Malawi as possible. You can join us! We need your help to create a supporter group to champion our work and secure much needed support for our projects in Malawi this year. Based outside of Scotland? Contact us to see how you can be involved too!
Supporter Marie Frauenschuh has been hard at work designing and making hoodies to sell at her school in aid of Open Arms Malawi. She is an enthusiastic young girl, who has raised over £1,500 already. Marie is not stopping there though, she is keen to get involved in all aspects of Open Arms from volunteering in Malawi to helping in our UK trust too. Impressed by her commitment, we caught up with her to find out more;
We are calling upon everyone, companies, schools and individuals from across the whole of the UK to collect and donate stamps to raise valuable funds to help support the disadvantaged babies and children in our care.
